A Charlotte native, Belinda brings a lifetime of local insight to her work. Raised in the SouthPark area, she attended Providence Day School and Myers Park High School, establishing deep roots within the community she now proudly serves. She later studied Special Education at East Carolina University, a foundation that continues to influence her patient, attentive, and client-focused approach.

Before transitioning into real estate in 2005, Belinda built a successful 17-year career in the wine distribution industry, where she honed her skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service. Today, she leverages that experience to expertly assist clients throughout the Charlotte region, including neighboring areas of South Carolina.

Having lived in the Dilworth and Sedgefield neighborhoods for over 35 years, Belinda has witnessed firsthand the city’s evolution from a charming Southern town into a vibrant metropolitan hub. This perspective, combined with her extensive network and market expertise, allows her to provide personalized guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Outside of her professional life, Belinda is passionate about supporting causes such as Autism Awareness, Habitat for Humanity, and the Humane Society. She also cherishes spending time in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.
