I was born and raised in South Florida after my parents migrated to the United States from Haiti in 1982. I later moved to Wisconsin in 2007 and attended the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Go Badgers! Graduating with both my bachelors and masters degrees in Rehabilitation Psychology, I have a solid understanding of people and what motivates them to reach their goals. Helping people is one of my strongest skills.
Before becoming a Real Estate Consultant, I worked at The Road Home Dane County for 8 years. Working directly with families experiencing homelessness introduced me to my passion for real estate. I realized in order for families to break generational homelessness, they need to maintain stability and gain wealth. It broke my heart to know that mothers were not in the position to help their adult children when they needed a place to stay because it would be considered a “lease violation.” I gained valuable professional and personal experience during my time with The Road Home and am grateful for the work they do in our community.
I also am a co-founder and one of the financial advisors of a non-profit organization called Mahogany Rooted in Wellness, which offers a unique wellness experience for those affected by generational inequality by providing culturally relevant practices and services in the areas of financial, mental, and maternal wellness.
One of my goals as a Real Estate Consultant is to work towards increasing generational wealth in marginalized communities and helping my clients realize their dreams and goals of homeownership. My outside the box thinking has allowed me to be creative when it comes to problem-solving which is imperative in the field of real estate. I am passionate about serving others while giving the best of myself.
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family. I enjoy being a mother and a wife. As a family, we take advantage of all Madison has to offer with the great museums and parks. We also enjoy the beach, hiking and snow activities. My goal is to travel to every Caribbean island to relax by the water! And to be part of the change for a better Madison, and a more equitable world.
