About Carroll Bella
Outgoing, friendly, and always willing to go that extra mile, Carroll Couri knows that providing a successful real estate experience starts with listening to and clearly understanding customers' wants and needs. With 21 years in the industry her positive, polite, and polished demeanor, along with Carroll's passion for entertaining and love of people make her a natural at socializing and networking, which enables her to develop relationships with customers and match buyers with their dream homes. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Carroll moved to Costa Rica, then to Tampa, where she lived for 40 years before relocating to Lakewood Ranch in 2019. She loves Lakewood Ranch's well-maintained neighborhoods and its sense of community as well as the Suncoast's fabulous weather and people. In addition to being a sponge for new ideas and an ongoing student of the world around her, Carroll has furthered her education over the years at the University of South Florida, Bob Hogue School of Real Estate, Connecticut School of Broadcast, and Tampa Bay Career Academy. She is a member of the Indo-U.S. Commerce and Tampa Bay Builders Association. She has served on committees for Easter Seals and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), which nominated her for the LLS 2012 Woman of the Year award. Carroll was also named one of Tampa Bay Metro Magazine's 2018 Inspiring Women in Business. When not working, Carroll loves entertaining, decorating, music, and dance as well as spending time at some of her favorite local places, including Anna Maria Island, St. Armands Circle and the Ritz-Carlton. She is the proud mother of daughter, Nikola Kai, a 2010 graduate of the University of South Florida, who now lives in Los Angeles and works in major film production.
