"Bought and sold a Multi Family home in 2008 in Silver Spring, MD.
Over the past 10 years I have worked with Ben Holmes for four sales and one purchase. Each one had its own complexities. For example, one sale was put on the market right before the financial meltdown in 2008. However, we closed 91 days after the house went on the market. This was due to the combination of Ben's advice on how to prepare the house and his strategy. Another sale was an investment which has its own complexities. The third sale was a condo in Leisure World which is also the one purchase. When we purchased the condo, there was another offer so Ben's negotiation skills made the difference. Even though I have lots of experience, I cannot image buying or selling a without Ben as my agent. Rules change over time and so does the market. I highly recommend him.
