Ben's real estate transactions are guided by his commitment to improve the world and leave a positive wake of people and property in harmony. 20+ years professional experience, his knowledge includes a broad range of commercial and residential real estate applications with specialties in environmentally certified properties, income producing properties including resource lands, and low impact land development.
Ben has an urban planning degree and commercial real estate certificate from the University of Washington, and two permaculture design certificates (Australia and the PNW). He is the past President of the Northwest Eco-Building Guild, past Chair of King/Snohomish County Built Green, and past board member of the Master Builders Association.
Ben is also a former Snohomish County Planning Commissioner and a former member of the National Association of Realtors Green Advisory Board.
In his free time, Ben loves to ski and adventure in the PNW with his family and community. He has several first ski descents in the North Cascades.
