"If you look at the quantitative review of 5 out 5 on each category, it may seem like this review was done in passing, but I assure you Ben deserves every 5-star. Ben was referred to me by a mutual contact (so I never knew him before he was our realtor) but we loved him so much that we invited him to our wedding! Hopefully that gives you some indication of the person Ben is. He did negotiations without even our prompting, he found the house we eventually bought (the ones we found ourselves weren't nearly as a good choice as the one he found for us), he was super kind and attentive to our questions and needs, and he was just an all around expert. He made us feel like friends he was watching out for, not just a client. It was a genuine care and at no point did we feel like it was just for the sell. I really think he just wanted us to find our perfect first home. I'd recommend Ben a million times and a million times more.
