Prior to becoming a realtor, Ben worked in the banking industry for 6-years as banking center manager with Bank of America. In this role he learned how to effectively manage a team, the skills to effectively listen to a client's needs, the ability to deliver under pressure, and how to find solutions to problems by asking the right questions.

Ben is often involved in community and charity events, especially in the Peninsula, where he was born and raised. He understands the importance of playing an role in the growth of the community he serves.
