Ben made the nightmare of finding a temporary rental into a blessing I will never forget. It's the little things that meant the most to me. When he was showing houses in my area he would stop by just to say hello and ask if I needed anything. He meant it. He DID NOT have to do that. Not part of his job!! It was almost closing time, and we ran into a snag. Well, to me, it was a BIG snag, and I literally had a meltdown. I wanted to quit. I told him it was just not my time. He talked me off the ledge and said houses are going up, not down. This is YOUR HOUSE. You have a great deal on this home. He said I don't know how we got it. I had to bid; that's a whole other testimony. I did!! He mentioned that I TRUST our loan officer, and she has NEVER let me down. She ALWAYS finds a way to make my clients homeowners. His advice and support through closing were invaluable. He was so polite, available, friendly, and professional. Checking on me because he knew I was in a fragile state.
