A former U.S. Army Captain and trained architect, Jon managed over $1 billion in medical facility construction projects before earning his Master’s Degree in Real Estate & Construction Management. His background in planning, zoning, and legislative policy further strengthens his ability to guide clients through growth markets and evolving regulatory environments.
Now based in Franklin with Compass, Jon partners with buyers, sellers, and investors seeking strategic positioning in one of the country’s most dynamic real estate regions. He works alongside his wife Sonya, an eDesign specialist focused on optimizing residential income properties for both lifestyle and return.
