"When it came time for me to rent a house and an ADU on the same property in the Hollywood Hills, Benjamin Baylin stepped in and took over. He acquainted himself with my properties, assessed their unique qualities, coordinated them with my personal needs as a landlord, devised the best rental strategies for renting the house and the ADU, first considering them to be leased as a single unit, then later determining that the best strategy was to lease them separately. He then marketed them extensively, diligently screened potential renters until he found those who would not only be the best fit for the house and the ADU but also compatible with each other as people who had to share the same entrance to their respective units.
