I am a Seattle real estate broker specializing in residential and commercial real estate and interested most in helping my clients meet their goals.

Born in Seattle and raised in the . I became a licensed broker Seattle 1985 and began representing buyers and sellers with homes, condominiums, vacant land and small apartment buildings in 1986. I achieved Associate Broker status in 1990.

I have proudly been a top producer since the early 1990’s, and have been in the top 1% of all real estate brokers in King County since 1996. GBK Realtors recognized me as their top producing broker in 2013 and 2016.
