With over 20 years of experience, dynamic New York City broker Ben Gernandt possesses a depth and breadth of experience few others can match.  He is a third-generation real estate professional, who has built an impressive book of business both in brokerage and development projects, domestically and internationally.

Ben has built adobe homes in Colombia and renovated chic apartments in Paris. He's buillt and developed subdivisions along the Oregon Coast and created a relaxing Hamptons retreat. In the city, his work includes residential sales of apartments,  townhouses, and commercial properties throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. Ben has had success selling high-end residential properties and he currently has a large portfolio of investment properties under management with owners around the US and internationally.

A New York City resident for 30 years, Ben resides on the Upper West Side with his wife and two daughters and in his spare time volunteers for the Red Cross on their Disaster Action Team.
