"Ben provided a wonderful experience. He sold our home and also has been helping us to look for a new home, although we haven’t yet purchased. On the buying side, Ben is SO patient and never made us feel pressured to buy despite the countless hours he put into showing us homes. We started looking for a new home over a year ago. We looked at new construction, and during that process he was wonderful communicating with the builder on our behalf. We also looked at lived-in homes, and during that process, I was happy with the amount of homes he showed us, his honestly in terms of what he thought would and would not work for us (e.g., we don’t know the area super well and he was honest about what neighborhoods fit our family), and speediness in getting us into homes, especially given how quickly homes are selling. The thing I want to stress most though is his patience and understanding. He never made me feel pressured to put in an offer. He never made me feel badly about being indecisive or dragging our feet. We were serious about buying over a year ago and have gotten close many times, only to now take a step back due to covid and yet Ben has never made us feel badly about that. He continues to be patient and work with us. On the selling side, Ben was easy to work with. I was happy with the quality of photos taken for our listing. Our home sold within days.
