Bern Bullard

 Bern Bullard, a lifelong North Carolinian, has deep-rooted connections to the state and the Triangle community. Born in Raleigh, Bern moved to a horse farm near Cary in 1977, where he attended West Cary Middle School and later graduated from Cary High School in 1983. His journey in real estate is a continuation of a family legacy, with both his father and grandfather being real estate developers in the Triangle. Bern gained invaluable experience working in the family business, honing his skills in residential and commercial development. Bern's professional journey began after graduating from Atlantic Christian College (now Barton College), where he met his wife, Kim. With a strong business background, Bern worked for BNP Residential, a division of Boddie Noell Enterprises, eventually becoming Vice President of its residential division. In 1997, Bern joined Fonville Morisey, and Kim joined him in real estate in 2005, forming a dynamic partnership. Together, they have built a successful real estate practice, specializing in residential and investment properties across Wake, Chatham, Orange, and Johnston Counties. The Bullards have been residents of MacGregor Downs since 1999, where Bern has served on the Homeowners Association board for over 20 years, including seven years as president. Kim has also contributed to various committees, further strengthening their bond with the community they call home.
