“We contacted Berry to help us 'look' at houses without knowing what we were doing or if we were really ready to buy. She sent us listings that she thought would be a good fit and made countless trips (during a pandemic! with two babies!) to tour homes with us. She is SO knowledgeable about not only the area but local architecture, construction, renovations, etc. and toured each home as if she was buying for herself with a crazy eye for detail.
