Bert Ferguson

 Hey I’m Bert, and I’m unlike any other agent you’ve worked with before. Let me tell you about my self then I’ll explain why. 

I hail originally from Prince George’s county Maryland and moved to Delaware in 2001 where I lived through high school. I graduated in 2008 and moved to Philadelphia to attend college. I didn’t graduate college. That’s because I faced some financial hardship and decided to leave. I learned a lot about life and my purpose , and In doing started my first business. I learned that innovation, numbers and systems were my calling. I love to create a brand then map its plan to fruition and synthesis into market places. This is the same mindset I will take to your real estate needs. This is where we get to how I am different. 

I have been a full time Realtor since 2017 and gained my Maryland state license in 2020 and my Pennsylvania state license in 2023. I have experience in key areas in our region which allows to me to take innovative and key approaches to negotiating with micro markets in mind. Many are exploring their work from home options, sending many across state line. When clients do so they want an agent with a pulse on their immigrating market and their emigrating market. I have experience in quick action scenarios as well as more long term planning needs which require movers, multi settlement coordination and contact with local utilities and other providers. I am also the team lead for F1 Home Team which a in office elite sales team dedicated to helping all clients get home. With our team, we can be several places at once ensuring no client misses a home viewing that matches their criteria. 

My interests include fitness, cooking and reading. I love to fuse these passions to focus on being the best I can which translates to my business.  I am looking forward to being your realtor!  “
