About Kirk

A Long Island native, Kirk McDavid takes pride in connecting with his clients and finding them the home of their dreams. Inspired by his own home search, Kirk takes a hands-on approach to partner with his clients, understanding their needs, desires, and wishes in what becomes a person’s largest investment of their life. He is there every step of the way to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction.

Kirk utilizes the latest industry technology, in-depth community knowledge, market trends and data, and marketing techniques for all clients and transactions. This approach allows him to have a competitive edge in the industry and ultimately deliver a high-quality experience from start to finish. He specializes in residential listings working with both buyers and sellers, and assists with residential rentals. Kirk is a proud member of the D’Angelo Team based out of Compass’ Huntington office.

Growing up in a local family business, Kirk was born and raised in Melville and is a current resident of Huntington Station. He attended St. Anthony’s High School, and moved on to achieve a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University, and Masters in Business Administration degree from Stony Brook University.
