About Bess
Bess leverages her hyperlocal insight as a Nashville native, being a partner of The Knox Team (voted Nashville’s #1 listing team 4 years in a row by Greater Nashville Association of Realtors) and her unique skills as a certified NYU life coach to help her clients not only achieve their real estate needs but discover how to live at their best!
Bess began her real estate career in 2011 working for The Corcoran Group in New York City (Barbara Corcoran of “Shark Tank”) joining her husband and forming The Knox Team. Connecting that most purchase and sale of home transactions are initiated by major life transitions; Bess saw adding her personal coaching as an opportunity to offer first class real estate experiences and a means of creating lasting relationships and referral business with their clients. Bess takes the time to create a clear game plan with each client making sure to weigh all aspects of their current season of life as well as brainstorming how a home could best represent the client and their family. By 2012 The Knox Team ranked in the top 1% nationwide in real estate sales.
In 2014 after the birth of their first child Bess and Brandon returned to her hometown and launched The Knox Team Nashville. Since launching the Nashville team has successfully completed over Over 4000+ Real Estate Transactions for $925M+ of Volume Completed in Middle Tennessee. Prior to life as a Realtor and a proud mom of two in Nashville; Bess modeled for over 18 years. As a Ford model she appeared in magazines, TV, film, traveled for jobs internationally, and pioneered the curvy movement in fashion as the 1st curvy fit model. She served as the model form as well as the design and fit consultant to the tech and design teams behind each company she represented. She is the original curvy fit model for The Gap, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Loft, Express, Lerner New York & Co., Macy’s, Rafaella as well as dozens of other well-known brands.
Bess has a BA in Psychology, is a NYU certified life coach and uses her story and platform to speak on body image, self-esteem, personal branding and true value.
