"Beth is a gem, and we feel very lucky to have stumbled upon her. Early on, she developed a great a feel for who we were and what we were looking for in a home. She was incredibly knowledgable and thorough throughout the process, especially paying a watchful eye during the inspection and tracking each issue to closure prior to closing. Along the way, she was very patient in answering all our questions, of which we had many, and she was always flexible when we had a last-minutes adds to view homes. Beth was very responsive to our texts and would let us know in advance when she would be unavailable. Hands down, Beth made this our most enjoyable home-buying experience ever."
"Beth is a very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive agent. Her expert advice helped us secure our lovely new home in a very competitive seller’s market. We are very satisfied with our home buying experience and strongly recommend Beth as a buyer’s agent!"
"As a first time home buyer, Ms. Beth guided us through the whole purchasing process patiently, to help us settling down with our first home. What impressed me most is her responsiveness and hard working. She always spent extra hours at night and in the weekends to reply the questions you asked, in a timely fashion. And she has bunch of good professional resources covering lenders, lawyers, home inspectors, and even workers. I completely recommend Ms. Beth as your buyer's agent!"
"Beth was not that familiar with the area that I ultimately purchased a condo in. However, she was familiar with other areas that I was looking at (Waltham, Watertown, Somerville, Medford, Arlington). Overall, I thought she had a pretty good command of the type of place I was looking for and the neighborhoods that would meet my needs.
She was very responsive and set up viewing appointments quickly.
"As first time buyers, we didn't know very much about the entire home buying process and Beth was an amazing resource. She was always very responsive and willing to answer our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beth to other buyers, and would absolutely work with her again if we ever move."
Beth has always had a passion for homes and knew that real estate would be in her future. It was during her own home buying experience that she realized she truly wanted to be a Realtor®. In 2014, she received her real estate license and began her real estate career.
It was on her first day that Beth felt an instant connection. After volunteering to host open houses and attend home inspections, she knew that she wanted to work in real estate long term. One thing lead to another and Beth became a Listing Coordinator in 2015 and then made the leap to the Buyer Side in 2016 as a full-time Buyer Specialist.
As a listing coordinator, Beth managed the behind the scenes steps involved in making a listing "Go Live" on MLS. As a licensed Realtor®, she was also available to attend home inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs for clients. She was able to learn a lot about the seller side of the business, this has given her much leverage as an agent.
Becoming a Buyer Specialist was always the end goal for Beth. As satisfying as it was to be a part of the seller side, the desire to help families find their dream homes was why she became a Realtor®. While working with clients, Beth approaches the process a little differently with each set of buyers. A big believer that "one size does NOT fit all," Beth feels that tailoring the experience to suit the needs and personalities of the individual is what sets her apart. From first-time homebuyers that need to be guided through every step of the process with a little extra time, communication, and support to seasoned real estate investors that expect diligence, the highest level of professionalism, and someone that can facilitate a smooth transaction on their behalf; Beth enjoys it all and gets the job done.
Beth earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative and the Senior Real Estate Specialist® designations from the National Association of Realtors®. She also holds a BA in English from Nichols College. She has worked in operations at an investment and in client relations in the fitness industry.
When not at work, Beth and her family take every opportunity to head to Vermont. While there the family loves hiking the trails with their yellow lab, Ozzy, shopping in Woodstock, and dining at the latest farm to table restaurants.
