Beth Butler has had a remarkable 40+ year career in real estate, starting with her own boutique real estate company focused on commercial real estate and later transitioning to residential real estate. She played a key role in the growth and expansion of companies such as The Keyes Company, EWM, and ONE Sotheby's before joining Compass.
As the leader of Compass's expansion into South Florida, Beth played a pivotal role in growing the company to a statewide presence and a leading market share position. She also spearheaded the launch of the New Development Sales Division for Florida and Georgia.
In 2023, Beth moved to lead regional operations as the Director of Marketing and Operations for Florida, and the subsequent expansion of her role to include Georgia and the Carolinas, further demonstrates her continued impact and influence in the real estate industry.
Beth now lives in The Villages and has a team of real estate professionals that all work the Central Florida market and specialize in 55+ communities.
