"We started our journey of buying our first house by looking around many different areas in Charlotte. Beth was knowledgeable and unbiased to one specific area. She knew her facts about traffic schools and the surrounding businesses. After a short drive around we knew we were pretty set on building a new home instead of purchasing an existing piece of real estate. We were almost putting our money down on one lot and Beth said let me do one last drive around and make sure there is no other new construction in your area just to put your minds at ease. Thank goodness she did because she found a neighborhood with much more land privacy and amenities then the one we were almost sold on. Although this neighborhood would cause me quite the commute I knew I would make it worth it. Beth didn't stop there. She joined us for every meeting along the way. Beth attended all construction meetings inspections our design studio day ( a LONG LONG day) and made sure every email or text we sent worrying about something was promptly answered. Simply put, real estate is part of my family. Thirteen years ago, after several years in the mortgage industry, I joined Cottingham Chalk and began working with my mother-in-law who had a successful real estate career that spanned decades. My husband is also involved in real estate on the commercial side of the business. So, real estate is a way of life for me. After working alongside each other for over a decade, Cindi Hastings and I decided to combine our knowledge and expertise to offer our clients the best service possible and become a team. As consistent top producers, we are always striving to learn more and provide the best service to our clients.
I live in the SouthPark area with my husband, two boys and rescue dog. I love my neighborhood and feel fortunate to have such an environment for my young boys. I want each of my clients to find the perfect neighborhood and home for them. I love volunteering in their school, Sharon Elementary, and serve on the executive board of the PTA. I also serve on my neighborhood’s homeowner’s association.
