Beth Stephan

Beth joined Perdomo Properties in 2016, now known as Perdomo Group with Compass. As a resident of Piney Point Village for 26 years, Beth knows the Memorial area from the inside out and understands how to navigate its competitive market. After graduating from LSU, she moved to Houston where she has spent almost 30 years investing in this community. Beth previously taught at Frostwood Elementary and she also has four children that attended various Memorial schools, so she is well versed in the unique qualities of each neighborhood and their associated school benefits. Beth is also a seasoned volunteer, a lifetime PTA member and a very active member in the St. Cecilia Catholic Church. This volunteer work exemplifies the value that Beth places on quality work and excellence for its own merit. Having chaired many long-term projects, she has the discipline, planning skills and work ethic required to complete the multi-faceted process of buying or selling a home. Described as hard-working, dedicated, organized, on time and loyal, Beth will do what it takes to get the job done.
