Being a Nashville native since 2019, Bethany has acquired vast knowledge of the Middle Tennessee area including its beautiful parks, mountains, water features, venues, local attractions and unique neighborhood attributes. This equips her to be able to help any buyer or seller find their best fit location and home.
Bethany attended Virginia Tech where she received a Bachelor's in Human Development, then went on to Liberty University to further obtain a Master’s in Education. As an educator of mathematics, and loving teaching professional for the past decade, Bethany brings a unique, valuable skill set of patience, flexibility, active listening, and conscientiousness. With an additional background in property management, she will ensure that everyone she works with will receive the best value when buying, selling, or renting their home.
Bethany is a northern Virginia native, born and raised in the thriving metropolis of the Washington D.C. suburbs. Growing up in one of America’s fastest growing counties exposed her to a vast array of change, improvements and a highly competitive housing market from an early age. This has given her the cutting edge ability and insight to thrive in Nashville’s ever-growing population. Having successfully managed local properties in Nashville’s competitive rental market, she guarantees a high level of personability, attention to detail, and integrity.
