Bethany Martinez is a seasoned South Florida real estate professional, entrepreneur, and visionary helping clients navigate the dynamic markets of Miami and Broward County. Known for her professionalism, discretion, and market expertise, Bethany has successfully guided a diverse range of clients from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors through seamless, high-impact transactions.

During her time working with the Miami Heat, Bethany had the unique opportunity to assist NBA coaches and players with their relocation to South Florida, helping several athletes purchase their first homes. This experience sharpened her ability to manage high-profile, high-trust transactions and solidified her reputation for delivering white-glove service to elite clientele.

Bethany’s leadership within the real estate community has been widely recognized, most notably through her service as the 2021 President of the Miami Young Professionals Network (YPN) under the Miami Association of Realtors, the largest Realtor association in the country. A natural connector and educator, she frequently leads trainings, mentors agents, and moderates industry panels both locally and internationally.

In addition to her advisory role, Bethany serves as Operations Director for The Elliott Residences at The Conrad Hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach. In this capacity, she works closely with the Sales Director guiding ownership in sales, hospitality teams to support operations, owner relations, and the integration of residential ownership within a luxury hotel environment. Her involvement provides her with unique insight into condo-hotel ownership, short-term rental programs, and revenue-generating property models, allowing her to guide investors with a deeper understanding of both lifestyle and performance-driven real estate.

Beyond South Florida, Bethany plays an integral role in expanding Compass’ international reach through strategic partnerships with The Probst Group and Leo Estate Group. She serves as The Global Referral Director as a trusted bridge between Compass agents and clients seeking real estate opportunities throughout the Dominican Republic, including vacation homes, investment properties, and lifestyle-driven purchases. This collaboration allows her to provide clients with on-the-ground expertise, vetted partners, and a seamless cross-border experience while maintaining Compass-level standards of service and professionalism.

In addition to her real estate practice, Bethany is the Co founder of Pass The Task a virtual assistant agency that connects bilingual, real estate-trained virtual assistants with top-producing agents nationwide. In Broward County, I have extensive experience representing buyers and sellers throughout Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Southwest Ranches, Davie, Plantation, and Miramar. I’ve helped many families relocate into these neighborhoods and understand the distinct character of each area, from lifestyle and community culture to schools, accessibility, and long-term property value.

My Miami-Dade expertise spans a wide corridor of the market, including Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, North Miami Beach, Hallandale Beach, and surrounding coastal communities, extending through key residential neighborhoods across the county. Having a 3rd office in Aventura places us in the center of the markets I serve and allows me to stay closely connected to the evolving opportunities throughout the region.
