Bethany was born and raised in the Nashville area and has lived in Joelton, Columbia and everywhere in between. Bethany's focus is homes on land in Williamson and Maury counties, particularly with room to add value or income such as tiny homes, updates, or house hacks.
The proud wife of a music producer, she has a unique understanding of how to find homes with recording studios or have spaces that could be converted. As a proud mama to young children, she deeply understands the lifestyle of entrepreneur life while slinging snacks and juggling naps and what families really need in a home. Raised on 18 acres and a lover of outdoors and gardening, she personally knows the dream of finding the dream home on land to let kids run wild in the right location.
