I am a Luxury Property Specialist, a CIPS designee (Certified International Property Specialist). I also hold a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) with vast experience working with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and with the asset management divisions of large financial institutions, including: Wells Fargo, Bank of America, CitiBank, Chase, and US Bank.

In my 25+ years of experience in Real Estate, I have helped clients with a broad range of real estate needs in residential, commercial, income-producing properties, and vacant lots. I am also experienced working with overseas Sellers and Buyers of real estate.

My active involvement in the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), along with being recognized as a recipient of Prudential's Chairman's Circle since 1997, has not only enriched my professional knowledge, but also afforded me the opportunities to share my experience and knowledge with others.

I am also very active in San Francisco and Asian communities, for example: involvement with the AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) since 2003, serving as President of CREAA (Chinese Real Estate Association of America), volunteering with SF symphony, and as member of the Board of Director with the SF-OSAKA sister city.

My husband and I had raised two children in San Francisco while serving my clients in the Bay Area. I Speak English, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, Toishan), and conversational Korean.
