Morgan Womble is a Raleigh native and a driving force in the Triangle real estate market, with a career spanning back to 2001. His professional foundation was built on the elite discipline of the United States Marine Corps, where he served as part of the Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team (FAST). This background instilled in him a mission-first mindset and the ability to adapt and overcome - qualities that define every transaction he leads today.

Morgan’s expertise is unique: he is both a high-performing Real Estate Broker and a Licensed General Contractor. As a Founding Member of the Triangle Luxury Collective and a member of the Compass Military Division, he offers a level of technical insight and local mastery that is rare in the industry. Alongside his wife and business partner, Katie Womble, he leads the Morgan Womble Group - a collective dedicated to teamwork, local intricacy, and seamless closings.

Life Outside the Office: A proud NC State alumnus, Morgan is a dedicated family man who enjoys supporting his daughter’s milestones as she follows in his footsteps as a member of the Wolfpack community. When he isn’t on a project site, Morgan stays active hiking mountain trails and exploring the rugged beauty of the American West with Katie and their daughter.
