About Beverly

Beverly Cardenas is a Dallas native with over 12 years of real estate experience, specializing in luxury leasing, relocation, and home sales in the DFW area. Raised in North Dallas, she graduated from the Art Institute of Dallas, grounding her in the city she now proudly serves.

She began her real estate career in 2011 as an apartment locator in Uptown, quickly becoming known as “the Dallas Uptown Girl” for her hyper-local expertise and ability to match clients with their ideal urban lifestyle.

Today, as the founder of Dallas High Rise Rentals and co-founder of DTX Living Group, Beverly brings her expertise to buyers and sellers across Dallas’ urban core and surrounding suburbs, including professionals relocating for roles with companies like Southwest Airlines, AT&T, and Salesforce.

Before real estate, Beverly worked as a sales representative for apparel and lifestyle brands, gaining experience in branding and client service that seamlessly translates into how she markets homes and advocates for clients. She also worked in media as an on-air personality and live television producer before transitioning to real estate full time.

Beverly is bilingual and leverages technology to keep the process smooth, while her approachable presence ensures clients feel informed and supported. She maintains strong agent relationships nationwide, providing clients with a seamless network when moving in or out of Dallas.

Outside of work, Beverly serves on the board of Genesis Women’s Shelter and enjoys salsa dancing, exploring Dallas restaurants, and hitting the Katy Trail with her Cavapoo, Preston. Her go-to travel destination is Mexico City for its energy and architecture, a love of city living that aligns with her passion for helping clients find their place in Dallas.
