Beverly Cardenas is a Dallas native and Realtor with 15 years of experience helping clients buy, sell, lease and relocate throughout Dallas–Fort Worth. Raised in North Dallas and a graduate of the Art Institute of Dallas, Beverly offers the kind of local perspective that comes from knowing the city not only as a real estate professional, but as someone who has watched its neighborhoods grow and evolve.
She began her real estate career in 2011 as an apartment locator in Uptown, where she became known as “Dallas Uptown Girl” for her hyper-local expertise and ability to connect clients with the right home, neighborhood and lifestyle. Today, Beverly is the founder of Dallas High Rise Rentals and co-founder ofDTX Living Group at Compass.
