The Beverly Williams Team did an extraordinary job of selling my home. They had an efficient, organized approach to getting the best possible appearance and, therefore, the most possible money out of my home. The hardest part for me was to realize that Beverly would maximize all my home's great qualities if I would just listen to her and do EVERYTHING she suggested. She had her stager come in and put just the right pieces in place. Her photographer took amazing pictures all aimed at getting buyers in the door. All of āourā hard work paid off when we got a contract/offer just six days after we went live on MLS!!!! The whole Team was always focused on getting the deal closed and they gave excellent advice during contract negotiations. Beverly and the team are such an amazing group to work with and I can't say enough great things about them. They went above and beyond to ensure we found our dream home and helped us find a buyer for our current house. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Beverly and her team--and we got to know her quite well, as we went under contract on the sale of our home THREE separate times! We were selling an old home with a very specific buyer and operating in a softening housing market with rising interest rates. We were also somewhat attached to the home--it was our first, and we renovated it down-to-the-studs ourselves. The first time we went under contract, some things came up in the inspection that we hadn't been aware of, and that were more than the potential buyer was willing to take on. Beverly carefully advised us on how to adjust the price when we went BOM, helping us remain realistic in these changing circumstances so that we could continue to generate offers. We REALLY got to see what B is made of the second time we were under contract, when the potential buyer asked for a huge price reduction during the option period. Beverly navigated the situation like a true professional, always keeping our best interests in mind--she worked extremely hard and offered creative suggestions to try to make a deal that worked for everyone, but did not pressure us to accept a significantly reduced price without any credible justification (which was, ultimately, what that potential buyer asked us to do). After we walked away from that deal, we quickly went under contract again, and got the home finally sold. I credit this, in large part, to Beverly's realistic approach to pricing, her ability to be nimble and adjust to a changing market, and her expert communication with the agent for the buyer who ultimately purchased our home. Throughout these ups and downs, Beverly stayed focused on the best way to move forward, and never pushed us to accept an unreasonably low price just so she could "move" the house and be done with it. On a personal level, Beverly is a gem: she is gracious, energetic, adaptable, and was a pleasure to spend time with throughout the entire process. She is also a hard-working, creative, and dedicated professional. Our biggest thanks to Beverly and the whole BMW team!!!

I have known Beverly for many years as we are neighbors. When I decided to sell my home, I immediately consulted Beverly as I had no doubt of her professionalism, honesty and integrity. Placing my home of 22 years on the market after my wife's passing was a very difficult experience for me. Beverly was there throughout as a crutch for me to lean on. The marketing efforts were fantastic. The video and still shots of the home and their presentation on Zilllow and the other sites was fantastic. Once we settled in on our final asking price, the family viewing the home two days later ultimately purchased it for nearly the price I had in mind. And this in a very difficult market. The usual issues arising from the home inspection and personal property purchases were handled by Beverly with extreme professionalism. I never had any doubt as to who was on my side. Working with Beverly and her team during our recent home purchase in Leander. In a wordā¦. excellent. We had previously driven through the Reaganās Overlook neighborhood and really liked the look and feel of it, thou had not yet inquired about specifics at the model home. We knew we wanted an agent working on our side during such an important transaction. We had known Beverly for a long while and had always heard really good things from friends of ours about her representation, so we contacted her. Before going further into a possible purchase in this neighborhood, we wanted some comparisons and if possible, some feedback from other people who already lived there. Beverly provided both - properties to consider of similar size, which we looked at, and a couple of her previous clients who were already in the neighborhood. The Beverly Williams Team did an extraordinary job of selling my home. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Beverly and her team--and we got to know her quite well, as we went under contract on the sale of our home THREE separate times! We were selling an old home with a very specific buyer and operating in a softening housing market with rising interest rates. We were also somewhat attached to the home--it was our first, and we renovated it down-to-the-studs ourselves. The first time we went under contract, some things came up in the inspection that we hadn't been aware of, and that were more than the potential buyer was willing to take on. Beverly carefully advised us on how to adjust the price when we went BOM, helping us remain realistic in these changing circumstances so that we could continue to generate offers. We REALLY got to see what B is made of the second time we were under contract, when the potential buyer asked for a huge price reduction during the option period. Beverly navigated the situation like a true professional, always keeping our best interests in mind--she worked extremely hard and offered creative suggestions to try to make a deal that worked for everyone, but did not pressure us to accept a significantly reduced price without any credible justification (which was, ultimately, what that potential buyer asked us to do). After we walked away from that deal, we quickly went under contract again, and got the home finally sold. I credit this, in large part, to Beverly's realistic approach to pricing, her ability to be nimble and adjust to a changing market, and her expert communication with the agent for the buyer who ultimately purchased our home. Throughout these ups and downs, Beverly stayed focused on the best way to move forward, and never pushed us to accept an unreasonably low price just so she could "move" the house and be done with it. On a personal level, Beverly is a gem: she is gracious, energetic, adaptable, and was a pleasure to spend time with throughout the entire process. We had known Beverly for a long while and had always heard really good things from friends of ours about her representation, so we contacted her. Before going further into a possible purchase in this neighborhood, we wanted some comparisons and if possible, some feedback from other people who already lived there. Beverly provided both - properties to consider of similar size, which we looked at, and a couple of her previous clients who were already in the neighborhood. We decided to purchase in Reaganās Overlook. Beverly was there for the contract signing, options to consider offered by the builder, the detailed design meeting, and of course, at closing. During the long process of building, we had various questions along the way and she handled them quickly. We have signed the listing agreement for selling our current home.
