Hi! Thanks for visiting my page. I'm Bianca Eckhoff. I was born & raised in the Bronx, NY and moved to Durham, NC 6.5 years ago. I absolutely love Durham; the culture, arts, food and drink scene, diversity, community... I can't imagine living anywhere else.
Although my career path has not been linear, I am thrilled with where I have landed! Following college, I spent five years in
floral sales and management before transitioning to becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician. For the next eight
years, I worked my way up from technician to supervisor in the veterinary field. However, the pandemic prompted me to reflect on my career, and I realized that although I adore animals,
my passion for veterinary medicine had waned. Therefore, I decided to pursue my other passion: helping first-time
homebuyers and individuals who believe that building wealth is beyond their reach. Nothing brings me more joy
than guiding my clients towards realizing that creating generational wealth is possible, assisting them in finding
their dream homes, and watching them thrive as they establish their roots. loral sales and management before

My love for animals has never waned - in 2023 I have started donating a portion of my commission to the Animal Protection Society of Durham in my client's names for every transaction closed. I walk dogs part-time with Bull City Pet Sitting to still get my puppy fix! I also have 3 chihuahuas at home who are my world.
When I'm not busy selling real estate or working, I'm hanging with the dogs, reading a book, exploring Durham, travelling with my partner or just relaxing enjoying our home here in southwest Durham.
