About Bianca
Bianca Sancio was born and raised in New York City. Her family moved to Fort Washington, Maryland, a suburb just outside of Washington, DC, in 1996. Bianca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, but her passion for real estate led her to immerse herself in the real estate industry.

Prior to working in real estate, Bianca worked for 20 years in the Federal government as a contractor and Technology Specialist where she held a Top Secret Clearance with Poly. There she mastered the skills of managing complex multi-million dollar federal contracts, large federal procurements, and acquisitions. These skills allowed her to submerge herself into real estate with a foundation of knowledge and the ability to navigate her clients successfully to homeownership from contract to close.

Bianca prides herself on the ability to walk into any space and create harmonious details that her clients appreciate. Her considerable knowledge of design-build development and her friendly approach make working with her a joy. Bianca’s attention to detail, ability to analyze market trends and her extensive knowledge of winning strategies for buyers and sellers is critical in the highly competitive and fast-growing DC, Maryland, and Virginia real estate market.

Bianca loves spending time with her family playing board games, enjoying outdoor activities, and weekend ski trips to local lodges.
