About Bill
An innovative marketing professional and accomplished real estate agent, Bill Bone's creative strategies and broad range of professional experience are the key to his success in New York real estate. A student of architecture with degrees in both business and design, Bill is a meticulously detailed worker who commits to providing each client with the highest level of personalized service, custom-crafting plans to meet their unique real estate needs, wants and dreams.

Originally from Paso Robles, California, Bill has nurtured a passion for real estate since an early age. After earning a bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Professional Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Bill's early professional career spanned the Pacific, as he worked on projects in Hawaii, French Polynesia, Northern Mariana Islands and the Philippines. More recently, as Senior Director of Marketing to support real estate sales at The St. Regis Residences in New York, Bill cultivated an extensive network of clients and contacts in Manhattan's luxury real estate marketplace.

Bill is a designated preferred broker for resales at The St. Regis Residence Club, New York, and has been handling fractional and whole ownership residential sales and marketing in the building since 2005.


Over the past twelve years, Bill has been fully engaged in the New York City real estate business, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties across the city. Committed to brokering deals that maximize investment opportunities for his clients, he works tirelessly to identify buyers, sellers and investors whose objectives can be aligned to create synergies that bring value to each party. Bill's expert negotiation skills ensure his clients always find the best possible opportunities, whether he is representing the buyer, seller, landlord, tenant or investor.

Bill was lucky to call the West Village home during his first 14 years in NYC, until a developer bought his building. Now, he's embraced his new community of Hell's Kitchen. Each neighborhood is a pearl that, together, comprise the full magnificence of the city as we know it. Bill's business encompasses sales and rentals throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. He's a passionate world traveler who has visited more than 40 countries on six continents, and when he's not exploring the streets of New York City, he might be found scuba diving in Micronesia, cycling through Europe, sailing through Central America or pursuing a new adventure nearby or in a far-flung corner of the globe.
