Bill Herbst is a dedicated Downtown Manhattan real estate specialist with over 21 years of experience, and founder of the Gilmartin-Herbst Team at Compass.  Despite his focus below 23rd Street, Bill's clientele spans the entire city.  They're sellers and buyers of multi-million-dollar Chelsea lofts, Upper East Side penthouses, Village studios, Brooklyn townhouses, and more.
