About William

Bill has been a Broker in the Monmouth County area since March of 2001. In 2005 Bill founded the Kilbride & Cagnina Group, now affiliated with Compass Real Estate, we have over 80 agents in 3 convenient locations covering all of Monmouth, Ocean and Southern Middlesex Counties in Fair Haven, Colts Neck and Manasquan. We provides real estate services to Colts Neck, Holmdel, Rumson, Fair Haven, Middletown, Little Silver, Shrewsbury, Atlantic Highlands, Sea Bright, Highlands, Freehold, Marlboro, Manalapan, and all of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

Prior to entering Real Estate, Bill worked in Human Resources in New York City in the banking and publishing industries. When Bill began his career in real estate, he had an interest in real estate, and the history of the Monmouth County area. His focus is to do real estate transactions in an improved manner, and in a more personal way than it had been done in the past. By Bringing together a higher level of customer service, The ultimate goal was for all parties involved to enjoy their experience and to elevate the professionalism of each transaction and the industry.

Over the past 21 years Bill has sold well over 600 homes to clients whom he now calls friends. He has had the pleasure of working with some of his clients multiple times, as well as their friends and families, that they have entrusted to him thru referral.
