*Bill Lewis, CCIM, ALC, is a Strategic Asset Advisor, real estate broker, rancher, horseman, and water quality advocate with a unique background spanning agriculture, ranching, energy, water, and commercial real estate.
*Originally from Montana, Bill grew up in agriculture and has trained cutting horses for more than 40 years.
*He and his wife Lisa have been together for over 26 years and spent many years ranching in Texas, where they owned and operated a 450-head Corriente cow/calf operation, a custom grazing business, a hay business, registered Angus cattle, club calves, bucking bulls, and performance horses including cutting, reining, rope, and cow horses.
*Today, Bill helps clients evaluate, acquire, market, and maximize the value of farms, ranches, horse properties, recreational land, commercial investment properties, self-storage facilities, RV parks, and other strategic assets.
*His experience as owner, operator & investor allows him to look beyond the transaction and help clients better understand the opportunities and challenges associated with land, water, livestock, minerals, and long-term asset value.
*In addition to his real estate practice, Bill and Lisa are active in the water quality and molecular hydrogen sector, helping families, horse owners, livestock producers, and businesses better understand water quality, filtration technologies, and hydrogen-rich water, water ionizers, and equipment / asset based income streams in that sector.
*This work complements Bill's long-standing interest in water resources and provides additional perspective when evaluating agricultural and rural properties.
*As a CCIM Designee, Accredited Land Consultant, H2 Hydrogen Advisor, founder of an oil and gas consulting company, public speaker, and business mentor, Bill brings a multidisciplinary perspective that extends well beyond traditional brokerage services.
