Bill Ryan

Bill Ryan is a modern Renaissance builder—part strategist, part craftsman, part philosopher. Born to the founders of a Chicago homebuilding company, Bill always knew he would follow in their footsteps. From his earliest summers working job sites to his tenure as President of Town & Country Homes, his life has been devoted to building—homes, companies, systems, and ideas.

Under Bill’s leadership, Town & Country tripled sales in three years and overtook the market leader, becoming the first production builder in Disney’s new town of Celebration. A Notre Dame graduate, he was named to Crain’s Chicago Business “40 Under 40” and honored as a Legend in Residential Marketing by the National Association of Home Builders. Over the course of his career, Bill has designed hundreds of homes and built and sold over 10,000 residences.

He went on to found two development companies—The Roslin Group and Wyndham Development Group—bringing design-forward, mixed-use and residential communities to life throughout the Midwest.

Today, Bill resides in Florida and leads a constellation of mission-driven brands:
