About Billy
A proud New Yorker for more than 20 years, Billy Davis brings a unique experience to his clients. A master trainer for almost 15 years and a loan officer before that, Billy knows the finer points of negotiating the best deal possible for his clients and has the commitment to get the job done.
People are often quick to compliment his big-picture thinking ability and genuine enthusiasm for helping others. Billy’s personal motto, “The way you do anything is the way you do everything.” With a primary focus on the Upper East Side and Harlem—the neighborhood he currently calls home—Davis believes that finding the right fit is as much about what someone brings to the community as it is about what the property provides to them.
Davis takes pride in being a pillar of his own community, volunteering to help train athletes with disabilities, competing with the Achilles NYC Triathlon team, and fundraising to help amputees through organizations like Wiggle Your Toes and ASPIRE NYC.
