Billy Golan

I’m Billy, a licensed real estate agent on the Upstate Curious Team. My extensive background in fine dining and hospitality, having worked at places such as Mohonk Mountain House and Tuthilltown in Gardiner, primed me for becoming an effective, yet conscientious real estate agent.

I love working with buyers and sellers who enjoy the Hudson Valley and are looking for a local insider to help guide them to the perfect home for their unique needs and tastes. I take pride in my highly personal approach to working with my clients, keen market knowledge, and tactical offer and negotiation strategies. I’m especially adept in navigating clients through multiple-offer, competitive situations.

I grew up in Queens, and while I stay connected to my city roots, I fell in love with the Hudson Valley back in college while studying philosophy at SUNY New Paltz. I love the scenery and natural beauty of this area, and how close it is to the city.

When I’m not house hunting, I love exploring new restaurants, museums and galleries, working out, reading philosophy, and watching Mets games.
