Hello,
My name is Billye Constance. I am licensed real estate agent in New Orleans, Louisiana. I am an accredited historical home specialist and marketing luxury listings. I also work with developers to find sustainable solutions while staying up to date on city led initiatives. If you are looking for lots to subdivide, need contacts for designs, permits, builders or multi-family income producing properties, I specialize in real estate development. Additionally, I am an expert first-time buyer's agent, the heart and soul of my business, offering classes and information to suit your needs. My vision is that New Orleanians should own the homes they live in keeping our city authentic.
My very own Classic Greek Revival built in 1898, has been a labor of love since 2001. My home has all the classical architectural details - fluted Doric columns, double gallery, Grape leaf and bow frieze, small pediment, triglyph entablature with large dental molding. Inside are 13 ft ceilings, huge windows, plaster medallions, giant pocket doors; renovated and updated with all modern conveniences. I work closely with the Historic District Landmark Commission.
