After graduating from Hamilton College, Birch spent a few years in the sunny mountains of New Mexico before moving back east and falling in love with Ipswich and the North Shore. Since then, he has been an enthusiastic member of the Ipswich community, raising his three sons and coaching youth soccer and lacrosse while owning and managing homes and multi-family properties in Ipswich, Burlington, VT, and Portland, ME.
Prior to focusing full-time on real estate, Birch was the co-founder and Executive Creative Director for BEAM Interactive (sold in 2019), an internationally awarded digital marketing agency, serving clients like MINI, Puma, and Fidelity. He now combines a knack for creative problem solving and crafting world-class user experiences with his hands-on real estate background to help clients better navigate the process with ease, confidence and, ideally, a touch of fun.
In addition to all things real-estate, Birch enjoys chatting about: the Celtics, the art collection at The 'Quin House, the best cocktails between Boston and Portland, secret sunset/moonrise spots, boats, Costa Rica, and music you might not have heard yet but should.
