I’m BJ Perez, a Denver Metro REALTOR® and 80016 resident. I help people buy, sell, relocate, and invest throughout the Denver Metro area, with a particular focus on Southeast Aurora.

My approach to real estate is pretty straightforward: give people the information they need to make a smart decision—not pressure them into making one.

That means understanding the numbers, studying the market, asking the right questions, and being willing to tell a client when something doesn’t make sense.

Whether you're buying your first home, preparing to sell, relocating to Colorado, or evaluating an investment property, my job is to help you understand your options and represent your interests from the first conversation through closing.
