"The Malfer & Associates team was extremely helpful during our buying and selling process. Kristin Malfer and her team worked hard to help us get our house “model” ready to sell and it sold in 3 days. They are very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Kristin Malfer’s team is the BEST in KC!" - The Adcock Family.

About BlaKe
BlaKe knew from a young age that his passion was people, often being described as “the talkative kid.” He integrated his passion with his acquired skills in marketing, communication, and an eye for detail to forge a successful career in luxury retail for over a decade. With that same passion, he transitioned his skills in retail into handling clients in the building industry, including industry-leading builders, contractors, and remodelers. Working on the supplier side of a build, he was able to gain knowledge on new construction and remodels. That’s when the idea of bringing together his passions by becoming a real estate agent formed. After working in the real estate industry for a year, BlaKe attained his license while working for Compass Kansas City.

Being a 3rd generation Kansas Citian, the importance of community and being hospitable will always be the priority.

BlaKe strives to make each client feel like they are the only one, by making sure that communication is key. Listening and providing individualized experiences to homeowners and future homeowners is a practice BlaKe is bringing with him from his retail experiences to ensure each client can have the best and most stress-free process.

While from KC, BlaKe loves to explore the city as if he were a tourist, always finding new places to eat, drink, shop, and relax. Being described by friends as a “Brunch King”, he will ensure that his clients know what there is to do in and around their communities as their local expert.

BlaKe is quoted as saying his success and drive materialized from a conversation with Don Hall Jr. on entrepreneurship: “1. Enter each day as the owner of your own business because you are never ‘just’ anything, 2. Always have a good Manicure… You shake a lot of hands, always have clean ones. And 3. Treat the Janitor like the CEO because kindness is free.”
