About Blair
Blair is a member of the Andy Bovender Team, a founding team for the Carolinas in Wilmington, Charlotte, Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, the Crystal Coast, and the Outer Banks.

Blair Fisher is a driven real estate professional with a sharp eye for market prep and pricing strategy. In her first year alone, while still working full-time in IT and managing a six-figure rental portfolio, she closed over $2.3 million in sales volume, representing sellers, investors, and buyers. Her first four listings sold 90% faster than the local average thanks to her hands-on approach, strong market knowledge, and thoughtful presentation. Now a full-time agent, Blair brings her energy, data-savvy mindset, and high standards to every transaction.

Blairā€™s passion for real estate started early (her favorite childhood game was Monopoly) and that playful obsession quickly turned into a real one. She purchased her first home a couple years after graduating college and has since built a growing portfolio of short- and long-term rentals with her husband, a local appraiser. Together, theyā€™ve tackled everything from small renovation projects to building accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and managing the full-scale operations and performance of their properties.

Sheā€™s also a former Division I soccer player at UNCW, where she captained the team, served as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and was the female representative of the Colonial Athletic Association at the NCAA Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C. Her leadership, discipline, and teamwork set the foundation for how she operates todayā€”with grit, hustle, and a client-first mindset.

Before real estate, Blair worked in IT with a focus on data analytics, UX/UI design, and process improvement. That background now helps her serve clients with a strategic edge, whether itā€™s analyzing a deal, optimizing a listing, or navigating a smooth transaction.

Blair is also the co-founder of the Wilmington Girls Club, a fast-growing local community that creates opportunities for women to connect, collaborate, and thrive. Outside of work, youā€™ll find Blair on the sand volleyball court, playing soccer or pickleball, or enjoying the coastal life with her husband and their sweet lab.
