Blair McEvoy

Blair's connection to Nashville runs deep. Though she grew up visiting family here, she's proudly called the city home for over 30 years. With a professional background rooted in service-including roles as a victim witness coordinator at the District Attorney's office, a training coordinator at the Mayor's office, and a kindergarten and first grade teacher- Blair brings a calm, compassionate, and highly organized approach to every real estate experience. She holds a master's degree in education from Belmont University and is known for her ability to listen well, solve problems thoughtfully, and guide clients with care and clarity.

Blair has ben married to her husband for 28 years, and together they have raised three children in the heart of Nashville. Their home is also filed with the joyful energy of three dogs, Daisy, Tucker & Crockett. In her free time, she enjoys walks with friends, reading a good book, and spending time with her family, including visits to her parents in downtown Franklin. Blair is proud to be part of the Compass team and is passionate about helping others feel at home in a city she's always loved.
