When looking at properties I would receive new listings within hours of the posting going live. On the weekends, Blake curated a perfect tour schedule every time so we hit the properties in an order that made sense and came prepared with printed out packets for us that included the information about the properties we were seeing that day. During negotiations and offers, he called the other realtor to get direct feedback on the sellers wants and needs, the other offers, and where we needed to be to transact. He took the time to walk us through all the documentation and answered every question we had during the closing process. We actually were able to get everything done so fast we closed in just over 2 weeks....But above everything else, Blake made himself available pretty much 24/7 while he himself had just become a father.
