He leads from experience, not theory. Before Compass, Blake founded and ran Pier to Pier Brokers, a boutique firm built around the Manhattan Beach luxury market, where he closed trophy sales in the Hill Section at the top end of the market. He went on to become a founding member of Compass Manhattan Beach. Across his career he's sold hundreds of millions in real estate and ranked in the top 1% of agents nationally. He's been the owner, the closer, and the guy on the phone at 9pm.

Before real estate, Blake ran marketing and PR for some of the biggest names in tech, including Apple, Silicon Graphics, Pinnacle Systems, and Ziff Davis. He still puts those lessons to work sharpening his team for today's savvy clients.

With family roots in Budapest and more than 45 countries behind him, Blake brings a global perspective to a city that's gone global itself. When he's not working a deal, he's usually behind a camera with Diana, telling stories about real estate and life in Austin.
