About Blake
Blake Spicer brings decades of high-level business, real estate, and customer service experience to his clients along Florida’s Emerald Coast. His commitment to results and relationships is evident in his over $200 million in lifetime sales, including representing the buyer in the record-breaking $21 million sale in Rosemary Beach.
Originally from Alabama, Blake attended Georgia State University and is a Class A Member of The PGA of America, reflecting his dedication to excellence and professional development.
Licensed as a real estate agent since the late 1990s, Blake quickly advanced in his career. He served as Associate Broker at RE/MAX in Guntersville, Alabama, then became Broker Owner of Spicer Real Estate & Development, consistently ranking in the Top 5 for gross sales in Marshall County during his tenure.
Having vacationed in the Emerald Coast area since the 1980s, Blake made Panama City Beach his permanent home. As an agent with Robert Slack, he finished in the top ten company-wide every year out of over 700 agents and secured the #1 position at the peak of his tenure.
Blake is married to Melissa Spicer, is a proud father and grandfather, and remains active in Shining Light Baptist Church. He enjoys spending time at his second home in North Alabama, playing golf, and restoring classic cars.
