Blanche D’Souza has spent fifteen years impressing home buyers and sellers across LA’s Westside and San Fernando Valley. She is widely known for delivering superlative, seamless experiences to her clients – skillfully analyzing their needs, developing impactful marketing strategies and home staging, successfully negotiating on their behalf, and working tirelessly throughout the process. She draws on a powerhouse network of contacts, from local homeowners, businesses and neighborhood associations to contractors, architects, designers, security companies, insurance experts and real estate agents.

Before her career as a real estate specialist, Blanche spent over two decades as a leading consultant with Westec/Edison/ADT, designing security systems for high-profile clients across LA. The role drew on her passion for architecture and construction, gave her an insider’s perspective on local neighborhoods, and built invaluable skills, including a talent for handling exclusive properties and meeting the needs of prominent clients.

Blanche’s involvement in the local community extends beyond her professional sphere. She spearheads an annual Thanksgiving food drive for the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and holiday lobby decorations for the Veterans Hospital in Westwood. She also publishes a monthly newsletter, Laurel Canyon News You Can Use, highlighting local events for adults and kids along with real estate trends.
