About Blythe

Real estate had been quietly calling my name since 2008, when I bought my first home and fell in love with the process. I almost got my license in 2012, but it took until 2020 (and a lot of extra free time) to finally answer that call. Before real estate, I spent years at WRKF, Public Radio and 225 Magazine learning to listen, ask the right questions, and connect people to what they actually need... which turns out to be exactly what this job requires. I specialize in first-time buyers and sellers, seniors navigating one of the most emotional moves of their lives, and anyone who has ever fallen in love with an old house and needs someone to tell them the truth about what they're getting into. I live in a 1940s bungalow in Mid City with my husband, daughter, and an orange tabby named Coconut Jack.

BUYER PHILOSOPHY

I believe an informed buyer is a confident buyer, so I want you walking into this with your eyes wide open. That means making sure you understand your numbers, what an offer actually costs, and that no matter how new or perfect a home looks, something will eventually need fixing, so we plan for that too.

SELLER PHILOSOPHY

Selling a home is rarely just a transaction. This is where you made memories, watched your kids grow up, and put your own stamp on every room. My job is to help you separate the emotional from the practical, so that when a buyer comes in asking for concessions or pointing out flaws, we can hear it as strategy instead of a personal attack. I do a thorough walkthrough before we ever list so we tackle the small stuff on our terms, and once listed I call you every week with updates whether there is news or not.
